Built for comfort.
Engineered to last.
Our founder, Azad Lassiter, has built more PHIUS-certified single-family Passive House homes than any builder in Minnesota. We design and build custom homes, energy-efficient renovations, and additions across Minneapolis, St. Paul, the Twin Cities, and greater Minnesota. Healthier air, lower energy bills, and a home built to last. Every project is tested and verified, so you know exactly how it performs.

Minnesota Winters Demand a Better-Built Home
Most Minnesota homes are built to minimum code — and Minnesota winters expose every shortcut. But for many homeowners, energy efficiency is only part of the story. Poor indoor air quality triggers allergies and asthma. Conventional building materials off-gas chemicals for years. Drafty, inconsistent temperatures make aging in place uncomfortable and costly.
High-performance homes built to Passive House standards solve these problems at the source. Airtight construction with mechanical ventilation filters outdoor pollutants and maintains consistent air quality. Better insulation means your home stays warm without working your heating system to death. And superior construction means your home holds its integrity for generations — less maintenance, fewer repairs, higher resale value.
